I originally thought that it would be a good idea to go to the UK with my best friend, so we could have all these memories and talk about them forever. I’m realizing now, that, while it sounds nice, it’s actually quite awful. This is because when one of us starts talking about England and missing it so much that it hurts, the other starts to miss it too, and it sends the both of us spiraling into a deep depression.
I don’t know who started it this time, but I’m missing England and Oxford so much, and am about 500 dollars away from buying a ticket and moving out of the dump (my apartment) and settling into a tiny little flat in London, just close enough to St. James Park that I can take a nice little stroll in every day with my new dog.
Due to my late separation anxiety from England, I shall post some of my favorite pictures from Oxford and London…they hardly do it justice, but I’ll do my best.
Don’t know how it’s possible that I could have fallen so madly in love with that place when I was only there for a few months…
